Another snapshot update with the following improvements:

• Changed order of line items in report sent to overseer to match Publisher Record Cards
• Fixed Dropbox Sync for languages using unicode characters (Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc)
• Sign Languages are now included in the Language selector
