Version 1.2.2

Close on the heels of 1.2.1, version 1.2.2 is a quick bug fix release:

• Fixed issue with Carried Minutes on Annual Report – Issue 138
• Fixed issue with adding Hour Credits – Issue 139
• Fixed issues with Spanish translations – Issue 137
• Fixed UI overlap issues in German and Spanish
